i think the only 'pseudo' car company that exists outside of north america is lexus. i think they do have lexus in some parts of europe. everywhere else... toyota!

why? because americans, being the snobbish folks that we are, can't see spending 70+ thousand dollars on a honda (NSX), 50+ g's on a toyota (lexus LS), or 60+ on a nissan (Q45). but we can easily drop that on the likes of acura, lexus, and infiniti (respectively)...
