Hi, welcome to the forums!

Hi Sumo, welcome to the forums.

Why thank you!

I need help, Ive been searching for a 240sx (preferably s13) for about 4 months now. I have looked at 3 in my area and all of them had too much rust on the frame and suspension to really consider for a serious drift project.
I have been checking out XAT racing, does anyone know anything about them? Know anyone who has bought a car from them? I'm a little nervous about buying a 10+ year old car off of Ebay so I would prefer not to. Anyplace else I should check?

welcome, by the way. definitely, check out all the auto classified sites on yahoo and google, and hit up every 'for sale' forum on any 240/Nissan site u can find. look @ my sig, and see how long i waited. not saying that ur wait would be that long, but it all depends on what ur looking for. between here and NICO, i've seen a bunch of good deals. best of luck to ya!

lol, was one of your other personailities greeting you? Or were you greeting yourself.
I've never heard of XAT racing, but i'm on the east coast, lol.

I spend 6 months reading the paper everyday and checking cars.com and autotrader.com for me to find mine. Check all the forums, it will help.

Buying a car off Ebay is risky, something i'm not willing to do unless it's a winter beater for like 1K.

Welcome to the forums, we do have a new members forum so you know for future reference.

As tires are expensive, note that drifting is an especially expensive hobby.

But I will never be a new member again, so I dont really need it for future reference

XAT is awesome, they find super clean 240s of all styles and they sell them at really good prices, and they even have an option to set up an SR20 package and include it in the price. The only problem is jumping on one before it gets sold!

I know someone selling a black s13, it's a sick ride.
www.driftkids.com
pm blackX and ask if he's still selling his car.

I just moved from KC, I know a couple 240 people if you want I can get you their s/n's, etc.
