hey..this is my first post but i've been reading the boards for a while. i've been looking for a 240 for about 3 months and i finally found one last week. it's a 1996 240SX SE with 89k miles. the suspension is dropped, it has 17" g-racing rims, and has a short shifter installed already. I picked it up today and it rides great....here's the best part....i only payed $4750 for it!!! that dealer had no idea what he had. LOL when he told me the price i just kept a straight face and said "that's resonable". anyway, i look forward to reading and posting more in the future. i'll have pics up if a day or two :-D (I can't stop smiling)

Great price for you. EXCELLENT price for them. Sounds like a nice car.

The dealer probably would have given the owner of the car $1500-$2000. Beings as they can only wholesale cars with altered suspensions.( They cannot sell them on their lot...legally).
They knew what they had & probably were not going to tell you
