hi im going to be getting a 93 240 and i dont no a thing about them so i need some info
like what motor it has in it and how much hp can i get out of it with out doing a motor swap thanks ryan

hp rating (flywheel, approx): 155
tq rating (flywheel, approx): 160 ft-lbs

that should get u started. for more info on the motor, search the boards, or the web for "KA24DE". as far as how much hp u can get out of it w/o a swap? u might wanna clarify ur question. are u talking about n/a or turbo? plan on upgrading the internals at all? again, my advice is to search our site some, and check out the "Naturally Aspirated" and "Turbo" forums (also, by checking out those forums, u'll come across some members who have modified their engines; so try pm'ing them for specifics ). a simple answer is: as much as u want to as long as u've got money, time, know-how, and plenty of spare parts/motors...

i did a search on KA24DE and turbos for KA24DE and i did not find to much. what i was looking for was a turbo kit that can get me colse to 250rwhp is there one out or are all the KA24DET custom jobs
