I have a guy saying for 3200-3300 he will give me a sr20 with under 20,000 miles and 5-speed trans,is this a good deal

 

It matters if its a S14 or S13 SR, also matters if its just the engine and tranny or is it a front clip? If its a S14 front clip then its a pretty go0d price, if its a S13 Front clip or engine and tranny, then its overpriced.
