Looking to buy and build a beast!
The place: Southern California
The name: Josh
The car (zips up flamesuit): Modded 1994 i4 Toyota Camry (A/T)
The story: Lives at home, goes to college, works in retail, and loves working on cars.
The problem(s): 2-3 months after buying the Camry I realized I need something turbocharged. My uncle helped me buy this thing and I still owe him money to pay it off. Camry's don't come with stock turbochargers. Becoming very knowledgable about Camry's and finding out turbocharging what I have is both emissions-illegal and pricey. Camrys are wonderful for daily driving but are 3300 lbs, FWD, and A/T.
The solution: Saving up $, paying off my uncle AND...
DUN DUN DUN!
Purchasing a Nissan 240sx W/sr20 Hatchback/Fastback.
I look forward to undertaking the start of this journey in the coming months.
Oh and, hi !

Oh I will good sir
Driving a 120 whp, A/T, FWD, heavy *** sedan for 2 years, while doing a $&^*load of research on turbos, turbo'd cars, ect... AND having a good friend that blows off at me with his SR20 every day I see 'im at work has really motivated me.
Thanks for the warm welcome folks

I know a couple of things for sure though, no more FWD, and no more slushbox!
Also hatch > coupe.
My goal is to save up around 2K, sell my camry (probably get 3k or less), then buy the 240.
