Lurker... turned poster

I've been hanging around here for a while and decided to say Hello.

I'm Bow

Live in Houston

Have a '91 Hatch with a '95 KA and a few other things...

I'm really big on DIY performance.

My ride since 1997:

208,000 miles on the Chassis, 60,000 on the Engine...

I am currently converting it to run 100% E85 fuel...

oh..

Bow...(Bow and Arrow) (Actually Bow-chan, leftover from my 6 years in the Navy, stationed in Atsugi Japan)

The Beaded seat cover give you the special something when it rips all the hair out of the back of your legs in a hard corner... however, it help with no A/C in the lovely Houston heat...

I like my ride, I'm pimping some Nissan Japan only parts, some after market stuff, and a bunch of homebrewed stuff... no stereo (needed room for gauges)

I enjoy it....

Hell yeah, if you have the right exhaust, you don't need a Stereo...

stiff motor mounts causing rattles everywhere. gutted interior picks up every pebble bouncing around on the road. loud exhaust (for the hell of having a large exhaust.) means having a stereo is pretty much worthless. plus if i had one it'd be up loud all the time just to drown out all the stuff i listed. plus this way i don't mount my **** up on the a pillar like a rice boy.

pfft, you guys are weird . . .my radio is nice to listen too, I'm running open exhaust, gutted car and a motor that's almost twice the size of a KA, I just . . .I don't know . . .I don't see any advantage in removing a radio, just disadvantages . . .especially when you're sitting in staging and there's an oil spill on the track because that BASTARD in the primer hachi roku THINKS he knows how to tune but he really doesn't even though YOU TOLD THE TECH INSPECTOR about it and he just looked at you with that "who's the tech inspector" look . . .you know what I mean . . .I mean of all the F'in nerve, who does that old fart think he is . . .I swear, if I ever see him again he's getting HURT!

Wait . . . .this turned into a life story again didn't it . . .awwwww
