need help??

so here is the prob . i have a 1990 s13 ,the motor is a 1995 and its all wired for the s13 daul cam ecu and so it will start but wont stay idle and it won't rev pass 2500 ...help plz

na brother.. the timing would not stop you from going past 2500-3000 rpms.. check your maf wires carefully..

have you checked the vacuum lines?

Were any of the emissions gear removed?

Make sure the EGR Valve has been sealed properly if it has been removed.

ok so i got my car runnin it was the maf also the iacv but no my car is leaking coolent from the front of the motor but i thought it was the water pump but i took it out and it look bran new so i seald it it up so now im lost

Thermostat housing? Also there is a line that comes off the water pump housing. Check that.

I dont have a KA handy. I have an SR in my car. Sorry. Someone else want to take a picture for him?

I know about this because I recently tore apart the front of a 240 because the oil Press Regulator failed. Do you have a way to get ahold of a pressure test kit for the coolant system? that would be your best bet for finding the leak.
