Well I am 18, and just got my g1 license lol. I have been looking into different cars for a long time, and well the 240sx really cought my attention. My dad told me his buddy had one and had to fix it a lot, well I won't listen to him because it was most likely an old model.
I don't have the cash yet to buy one, but by the time x-mas comes around I will, so I am going to buy myself one at x-mas.
I didn't do much research on the prices yet, and I am wondering what I could get in decent condition for about $4000 canadian. I am guessing on the '91.
Thanks for your help and I will be sure to stick around here for a while .

for that price you should be able to find a decent 240 most likely a 94 and down. Just make sure its not a lemon, or by one cheap for like a 1,000 and invest the rest of the 3,000 canadian. Im not sure how much that is in dollars but should be enough for a used ka24.

Thanks a lot. I looked on autotrader and for 2.5k canadian I can get my hands on a 91 model with 200k km on it, great condition, everything working.
So when december comes around ill have myself a 240, price probably different but in the $2.5k range.

I live up in canada and i bought my '90 240 for $2,900. excellent condition and 160kms on it. (dunno how much miles that is) But i have found that 240s are very uncommon up here, this was the first one i've ever seen let alone them being for sale. I was just lucky this one happened to be for sale But for 2500 you should be able to get a pretty decent one.
