New to forum, wanted to introduce myself...

Hello, I recently purchased a 1995 240SX SE with VLSD and automagic transmission. I have been playing with cars for some time now, and I am trying to learn as much as I can about this one too. I also own a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX which is slightly modded. Just wanted to say hi, and I hope to learn lots and share any information that I can.

I also have an inquiry; I am planning to perform a full tune-up on the car to ensure that it is in as best running condition as I can possibly have it without any major maintenance. I will be replacing all filters/fluids, as well as having a fuel system cleaning performed (MotorVac), and possibly an engine cleaning with Seafoam or AutoRx. I will also change cap/rotor, plugs, and plug wires. Is there anything else that anyone might recommend I do in addition to that I have already posted? Or does anybody think that this may be a bit of overkill?

Sorry for the long post, but here are some pics of the cars:

The car just hit 100,000 miles today, I picked it up with 99,009 miles on the ticker. I paid around $5,500 for the vehicle. The car is in excellent condition inside and out, with just 3 small dings on the whole car, no paint chipping whatsoever.

Seems like you have everything listed for a good tune up.

I'm not too lucky; I will not have the WRX by the end of this year, I need to sell it to save money while I'm in college. However, I did my first mod to the 240, I threw in a K&N filter that I had bought that didn't fit the WRX so well, ended up being the right size for the 240!
