new girl here...

OK... SO THIS IS WHAT I SAW ONLINE WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR A 240 ON CRAIGS LIST... LOOKS PRETTY GOOD IN THESE PICS... SO I CALLED THE GUY AND WENT AND SAW IT THAT DAY....

SO I GET TO THE HOUSE AND THIS IS WHAT I SEE... THIS PICTURE DOESN'T GIVE IT JUSTICE.. BUT THE CLEAR COAT WAS LITERALLY JUST FLAKING OFF AND IT HAD A BIG DENT ON THE DIVER SIDE REAR WHEEL WELL...

YOU CAN STILL SEE THE DENT AFTER I STARTED SANDING FOR THE NEW PAINT JOB...

PULLING THE DENT OUT WAS HARD WORK...

BUT WE DID IT!!!

THEN COMES THE BONDO...

AS WELL AS 4 HOURS OF SANING THE REST OF THE CAR!

I ALSO DISCOVERED SOME DIRT IN THE REAR BUMPER... I DON'T KNOW HOW IT GOT HERE!

SO THEN SHE GOT PRIMERED AND READY TO PAINT....

JUST KIDDING... ^^^ THAT'S GOING IN THE '71SS CAMARO

I WORKED AT A LOCAL BODY SHOP SO I GOT ALL THE WORK DONE THERE... I DID ALL THE SANDING AND SOME OF THE BODY WORK... OH AND I PRIMERED IT! BUT ONE OF THE GUYS HAD TO PAINT IT CUZ I'M NOT CERTIFIED OR SOME CRAP LIKE THAT... IT'S NOT PERFECT BUT IT'LL DO FOR NOW!

SO WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK?

Good job on the paint. The last chassis I picked up had a family of mice living in it. Some people literally **** on these cars and it is nice to see you resurrected yours.

Yeah I agree, nice car. You had the right idea though with the V8 belonging in the 240!
