for the intake just get a good filter (cone style) and put it on the end of your intake after you remove the intak box ect...for an exhaust and good catback 2.5-3.0 inch will work depending on whether ud rather have the torque or the high end...headers make a huge difference on the KA so i would recommend getting a new header to compliment that exhaust...for the clutch i would go with a stage 2, i always say go ahead and do it right the first time, that should hold you up for a while..for brands i personally love exedy but act, clutchmasters, spec will all work well..just dont buy ebay on the clutch..i wouldnt recommend ebay for pretty much everything, certain parts dont matter though..

thanks i was thinkn mostl the same you all were. the flywheel was a great suggestion. the car is a 95 and do you really think that just a cone filter with open box is good enough? also has anyone seen an oil filter relocater the filter on this engine is in the worst spot i always get oil on the block.

something to keep in mind when looking for a header is to get a 4-2-1. i have a obx on my '89 and am very happy with it. i had a small problem getting the O2 sensor back on but i don't know if the later models have the same problem . about $200 shipped off of egay is a pretty good deal.
