New Here

What's up Guys and Gals, Glad to be here, I was browsing your forum before I decided to join. The Main reason I am here is because I am interested in a project car, I want something I could play with lol.

Before I joined here there were a few cars I was looking at. unfortunately the 240 wasn't one of them, although I am a fan of Nissan's I currently own an 03 Maxima GLE. I was more or less interested in getting an 03-04 Mustang Cobra or an Evo or an STI. and a CTS-V all within the 18-25G range, But then my friend came up with the idea of me getting something cheaper and won't kill my walet for both gas and insurance etc.

I have many goals for this car so I am going to start small and learn about it as I go along and not jump into to something crazy just yet like an SR or RB swap like some noobs want lol. From my understanding and from some reading, The KA can hold a pretty significant amount of boost, which is good. I plan to pull the motor anyway and rebuild it. and do a compression and leak down test as well.

I am mainly looking at the 95-98 Version's they appeal to me more, I don't really like the hatches much. I can pick one up fairly cheap I surpose. Alright enough writing for me, and more reading up lol. Thanks guys for taking your time to read this.

Thanks man. Its just more practical for me being so young. I am only 19 lol. I am not into the drifting scene. Yes I watch fast and furious but I don't take anything from those movies.

Ha I am smart about what I do lol. That's why I am doing a full overhaul of the motor. Or at least partial. I am gonna try and keep questions to a minimum and help out when I can.
