I'm from the small town of McPherson, ks. I do have a question though.. I understand its almost impossible to import a S15 to the U.S., but if i were to buy a 240 and drop some cash into it, would it be possible to convert the 240 into a S15 w. tail lights and all?

Some cash is a relative term. There are S15 front end conversions for s13-14. But, my understanding is that if you would want to change the way the rear looks (taillights, etc..) it would be a very custom job. Custom = $$

So technically, yes you could do a huge conversion like that by spending some cash.

S15 conversions plague everyones mind in the begining. The s15 is sweet, but so is the s13 and s14.

I go to wichita alot, some day I'll have to stop by McPherson.

All silvia's are sweet. I like to take the image in my head and bring it to reality.... im not sure if this is the right area to ask this question, but im curious if i could find a shell of an s15 and then just go to town on the conversion? Or am i just way out in left field?

I would think that buying and bringing over a complete S15 shell would be much more expensive than having the parts made up, since Im sure someone else has done it before... maybe.

Now why would you say that.... i live in central KS, there isn't a thing to do except drink...work on cars and race.. i've got all the time in the world to make a S15 conversion work, i just have to find the right people, the right parts, a little wisdom and support and i've got it made... there's got to be someone who's attempted it and made it work, or else what's the point? I believe i can make it work, and i wont stop till does..
