What's up people, My name is Richard. New member to this Forum and the Nissan community. I'm not going to lie to you guys/girls. I have favored American muscle cars all my life. I also had a salvage 2002 Monte Carlo ss and it was too much of a headache, therefor I am now a proud owner of a completely stock 98 240SX SE. I didn't think I would keep the car but I am actually liking it more each day I drive it. I would like to tune it up but another (problem?) is that it is automatic. I'm short on funds because I commute an hour to school and work each day and help my family out, so I made a time-line for what I want to do

Withing the next Month-Window tint, modest sound system
3 Months- Lowering,New Rims and Tires
5 Months- Front lip, aftermarket rear bumper, Visor on the back windshield, Paintjob
6 Months- Start saving up for a conversion to Manual?

I'm thinking that since my car is automatic and I have to eat and pay rent, It is a little cheaper and more convenient to focus on the look of the car. I like Drag and Drift but this is my daily driver and only vehicle. Anyways this seems like a very mature and supportive forum, I like that. I look forward to learning from ya'll.

welcome. You have any pictures of this car? There are cheap upgrades you can do to the motor to get that extra little kick out of it.

all that is like a **** load more expensive then to put a manual tranny in your car. it wont cost u more then $500 to do the swap.

Necessary?

I understand the front lip, but not paying $300 for the greddy one. Paintjob, we all need, but isn't necessary at all...
