Newbie here

Hi guys ** and gals i seen driftgirls topic ** i am new to the forums , but i have been a fan of nissan for a very long time.
My friend got a 00 civic he has been fixing up ( his daily driver ) and i figured i wanted a " project car " we are both only 17 years old by the way. So i bought be a 91 model 240sx for $150 dollors from a guy who didnt know what he had.. anyway its got the stock motor. At first i wanted to go the famous SR20DET swap but me being on 17 years old its kinda hard to come up with the cash. Well anyway i am going to just go n/a with the car cuz i wanna just basically drift in the car. my father and i co own a 1980 280zx and i love the feel of the car and the power of nissan so i hope you guys will welcome me with open arms. also i will be moving to houstan texas in about a year to go to UTi there to work on automotives and Desiel. Well i am glad i found this place!!!!!!

welcome to the forum.

there is other engines that are cheap. the ca18 and rb20 cost alot less than the sr.

old Zs are hard core. there are a few here that autox and damn are they fast. modded heavy with good drivers. great deal on the 240 by the way.
