That paint really doesnt look that bad, I would worry about wheels first.

TO be honest, I wouldn't even worry about that, the 240's love to understeer and I would work with that as it seems that you may be newer to the driving scene, before you seriously start pushing it, you may need to neautralize that, then get some grippy tires, you don't necessarily need larger wheels or different ones. Aesthetically speaking, I would switch them out . . .you can also shoot for modifying the KA a little bit, if you really need power..

To be honest, the only reason I can see swapping a 2JZ in is:

1. To say "I did it"
2. To be a dyno queen
3. To be the new "cool kid" on the block.
