Timing Chain replacement

I recently became the owner of a 1994 240SX. I noticed that this car leaked one quart of oil a day. The entire passenger side of the engine compartment is covered with oil. I replaced the sending unit, and I am thinking that I am going to have to pull the head and replace the head gasket, timing chain, etc. Anyone out there have any information regarding this? I have some experience with SOHC, but never a DOHC. I could really use some instructions about the timing chain.
