Question What kinda of 240SX is right for you?!

Sup everyone,

I've been here only as a guest for the past 2 years and finally had my lazy @ss sign up. Anyways.. I wanted to know which 240 is best to start out with [fastback versions 89-94]? Is the SE version always a plus above the standard? Because all I really see different from the two is the HP and Torque and some few luxuries such as moonroof and rearshield wipers. I'll probably tune this badboy up once I get it.. but just on the curious side... which one it better?

Thanks.

There is no engine differences between SE, LE, and base trims, provided a given year. Only between 1989-90 240SX's, which used 140hp SOHC engines, and 1991-94 240SX's, which used 155hp DOHC engines.

my '90 240sx (~250K, slippy clutch, barely starting, quarter panel bashed) has seen better days and i think its time to start anew. Do you think it woud be better for me to go with a newer 97-98 240 or to stick with the s13 and get one in better condition that what i've got? I've driven other cars and nothing in my book can match my 240
