Don't you hate when people type like that?
Me too.
My name is Matt, nice to meet you too. I am a veteran Honda builder, but I've been tempted to cross over to the dark side for about 4 years now. My old daily driver was a fully built B16A turbo powered Civic, that was good for 12.3 on street tires, and who knows what the hell on slicks. Fun car, definitely.
I sold her a couple of years ago, and got myself a 5-speed Lexus SC300. What a piece of crap. I spent more money fixing that hunk of **** than I did on gas. I dropped that thing like a bad habit...not before doing some fun *** dorifto in it, though. If you want to see it, just look in Turbo Magazine. It is Evan's new Project SCerious. He's dropping in a 2JZ-GTE and a wicked turbo. It should be good for 800whp+ when he's done. Not bad, not bad at all...
Right now I do a lot. I am a full time emergency medical technician, and I am testing with several municipal and federal law enforcement agencies (I'll get to speed and drift my crown vic legally!!!) I also own a company called Speedupgrade Racing Products. We're a teeny *** online company catering to what else? Import vehicles! I am also trying to finish college. Why? Well...it took me until four years after high school, to realize what a stupid mistake I made not sticking with college. Yeah, so that's where I am today.
Currently, my daily beater is a 2003 Honda Element...damn fun car. Fugly, but definitely one of the coolest, most versatile vehicles on the road today. I am in the market for an 89-91 240SX hatch for my company. The car will be dubbed "Project SURPS13" as in SpeedUpgrade RPS13. Catchy, huh? I am going insane trying to find one...so if any of you in the Los Angeles area know of one, or want to sell yours, for the love of God, hit me up.
Nice to be here. Peace!
