Honestly, in my opinion, your asking way to high for it. 219,000 miles?

219,000 for 3k is a lot dude. I would say $600-1000 so they can use the money to drop in what motor. please you're in the wrong section of the forum this is not for sale.

I would say that if it is in really nice condition that is a fair price. It's an S14 people. I mean hell, I just looked up the value on KBB (I put in "good" condition) and it's $3,025. Stop being rediculous people.

lol an s14 regardless of miles is worth 3k to me, if an s13 chassis with a barely running KA can go for 2k then an s14 with 200k miles can go for 3k. Let the man get what the car deserves

not sure what they go for in NC, but i've been actively searching for an S14 in socal for about a month now, and i'll just say that on average, the prices i've seen are around, if not above $3,000 for said number of miles. also, being new here, i don't think it's really my place to say, but doesn't this belong in the 'for sale' forum?

*edit: that's for an S14 with a 5-speed. auto tend to run a lot cheaper around my neck of the woods.*

NICE CATCH MY GOOD MAN! You are correct in pointing that out.

But honestly, all you other new people stop giving this man ****. It's a 5 speed S14, if its in good condition he could probably get more than 3k for it. KBB always prices 240s low. To the guy who's selling this, you really need to post some pictures though.

I wouldn't pay 3k for 219,000 240sx. it's not worth it. you'll spend more money fixing the car up and getting it to run right. but if you have mommy and daddy putting money for your ride, then you're lucky. if you're going to put an SR20 or RBxx what, then it's best to find a clean shell in the beginning rather than swapping.
if I was the buyer, I would just stay away and not look at it.

Total cars produced from 1989 to 1998: 251410
there are 251410 240's to choose from.

Yeah, sorry to burst your bubble, at least a quarter, if not more, of those 240s arent any longer on the road. They were also almost all S13s. Mileage is also irrelevant in 240s, somebody will buy it regardless of the mileage. You guys, especially pinakurat, are retarded. Just look through the classifieds. There are BONE STOCK S14s in just good condition with 150,000+ miles on them going for MORE than 3000. If you dont like the price, don't say anything anyways, especially if you're not going to buy the damn thing. You arent selling it. Let the man charge what he wants, which is in this case a fair price, that is, if it's in good condition.

so I guess you would be the retarded one to buy a car with 219,000 on it. once my 240 hit 300,000 I'll PM you if you want to buy it and personally deliver it to you. what I was saying is that there still more to choose from. so pretty much you're the only person here who can boast opinion in this forum. dude, this is an internet forum, it is a place to gather information and share opinions. you're probably one of the reason why there is low amount of members in this forum because you're attacking people. you need to chill the **** out! you sound like one those 18 year olds who think they are the ****. people like you make this club sucks.

You're entitled to your opinion, I am entitled to mine, but if you're not going to buy the man's car, which I know you're not, dont criticize his price. Why even bother saying anything? Especially since you obviously have no idea what the car is worth. You think mileage makes that much of a difference? Sorry dude, it really doesnt. S14 SHELLS sell for 2 grand or more, so let the dude sell HIS car for what HE wants to sell it for.

Rule number 17, right from the site rules.
"17. Lowballing in the Marketplace is not allowed. This includes comments on price, where to get it cheaper or any inflammatory remarks. Club240.com is in no way responsible for any transaction that takes place through this site."

But then again, we have been breaking the rules by arguing here. PM me if you have anything else to say.
