I have our government to thank for this, do to some issues with my taxes and with holdings all year, I now owe the IRS several thousand dollars. As a result:

For sale: 1995 Nissan 240sx (base)

The car is great condition. It has about 96,000 miles. The car is mostly stock, it has a K&N air filter, and I've recently replaced the tension rods with the Whiteline rods with urethane bushings (from PDM Racing).

The only other modifications that the car currently has, is the stereo which will go with the car. It has a JVC (200 watt) head unit that can play CD-R, Mp3 CDs, and has audio input on the front for an iPod (or whatever else you want to hook into it). It has 4 Pioneer TS-A168OR (4-way) component speakers. It has a Rockford Fosgate 1000 watt amp, with a 10" phase 1 Punch sub woofer. Also includes a docking station and antenna for the Sirius satellite radio (AudioVox). This was installed in the location fo the ash tray so it sits flush against the instrument panel. The antenna is discertly located and barely visible (very professional installtion).

The interior is in great condition. I'm a non-smoker (of any type) and the car is odor free. The exterior paint has a few rock chips on the front of the car, and some slight fading around the rear spoiler, other than that it is in good condition. The car also has clear sidemarkers.

As far as mechanics, the car is strong. The timing chain tensioner does rattle a bit (but that is almost expected on a 95 240sx). The bulk of the suspension is stock. The shocks are wearing out a little. In some irony, I was planning on using my tax refund to replace these with the Tein HA coilovers.

That's pretty much everything that I can think of about this car. I hate to get rid of it, but Uncle Sam needs his money. I'm asking:

Unfortunately I live in central IL, but i do have a friend that lives very close to birmingham that could possibly check the car out for me. I've been wanting to hang out with him lately but this would be a good excuse to fly down and pick it up if I decide to buy. PM me any more info you might have on the car

Car is still for sale. Actually been trying to keep it in the community, but put it up on AutoTrader and in the local paper tonight.

I don't know if I'm willing to sell it without the stereo. It would take a good bit time to undo all the wiring and then sell it for a lesser price. Make an offer, and I'll consider it.
