Exclamation FS: '89 Porsche 944S2, 7000 obo

For sale: 1989 944S2 with 92XXX on the odometer

Alpine white with the burgundy interior

Things replaced and maintenance in my time of ownership:
Alternator
Battery
Front Brake rotors
Brake Pads on all four wheels
Parking brake cables
Brake booster
Clutch master cylinder
Intake manifold gasket
Sachs clutch kit with Lindsey racing clutch install kit
Flush and filled brake fluid with Super Blue ATE
Flushed and filled tranny with Redline MTL 75w-90
Sunvisor Clips
Flushed and filled power steering fluid
Driver side CV joint
All CV joints cleaned and repacked
Front wheel bearings cleaned and repacked
New tires (Kuhmo Ecsta ASX's in stock size with lots of tread left)
New spark plugs
Rear shocks
Front sway bar bushings and passenger side sway bar drop link
Temperature sensor
Few various vacuum hoses
Fan relay
One of the cooling fans
Belts and a/c compressor belt eye hook strut (that thing that puts tension on the a/c belt)

Some other things I'm forgetting...

GOOD:
-Whole drivetrain is very solid. Runs great. Can get 30 mpg on the highway.
-New clutch which if you know 944's is about the worst job ever to have to do and paying someone else to do it warrants being an organ donor.
-New Seat covers. Best seat covers are could ever find. They fit nice and tight and look awesome. Were about $200.
-Nice head unit and good speakers in the back. Pretty sure they 2 220 watt speakers with a 400 watt amp to support it.
-Paint still looks pretty decent. Still glossy and looks awesome after a good wax but when you get up close you do notice that some paint is starting to chip away.
-Interior is in pretty good shape.
-Always warmed up the car, has been in a garage almost all the time as well when parked.
-Always ran synthetic whether it was Mobil 1 or Castrol Syntec. Has Castrol in it now.
-Great daily driver, I've only put about 8,000 miles on it total, I believe.
-Has seen redline maybe 5 times since I've owned it.

BAD:
-Car has a salvage title although I see no signs of an accident. No frame damage at all. If it was hit it was either light or whoever fixed it did it right. There is also mileage discrepancy according to the carfax report.
-A/C is shot so the previous owner unhooked one of the a/c lines. Since I've autocrossed the car a few times I decided to take out the condenser up front to allow for more direct cooling on the radiator. Car will come with the a/c condenser.
-Like I said before the paint is pretty decent but it does have some chipping, a scuff on the front bumper cover, and some little rust area on the driver side rocker panels. Nothing huge but is noticeable up close. The front fog light lenses are cracked but still work just fine.
-Interior-wise, obviously the a/c doesn’t work. Also the voltage gauge reads low sometimes but I've checked voltage via the motor in all conditions and voltage is fine. Tachometer is intermittent. Gas gauge has that infamous problem where on fill up it only reads 3/4 full. Some parts of the headliner are separating and the passenger window is inoperable (the motor works fine and the window can go down but just not up so I just disconnected it).
-The only hiccup with the motor is a dirty ICV which makes the idle jumpy sometimes.
-Wheels seem to be out of balance so car slightly shakes at highway speeds.

I've listed just about every little thing about the car that I can think of. It's still the most fun car I've ever driven and still puts a smile on my face.
Now, in the ideal world I'd like to get $7,500 for it but I know this world isn't always ideal so that’s why I put the "or best offer". It isn’t a show winner by any means but if you're looking for a daily driver that has been well taken care of then this is it.

Now, on to the pictures!
