Do you have any specifics on this, like how difficult the install would be?
I could use a set of these for my SR I am building but Im not sure how the install/set-up goes

 

It's pretty staright forward, are you familiar with the valvetrain in the head? If so then just put the lifters in, set the desired height with a feeler gauge, after you have the correct shims. Then your lifters will never fail on you during high rpm pulls. It's pretty simple.

 

I know they go for a lot of money seems how they are HKS, I'm selling them for $280. Brand new on ebay is like $488, and retail stores is even more.
