people tend to THINK that it's easy to import a J-spec car and actually drive it. it COULD be done but mabey olny for race and show. it costs $16000 to legalize an R32. and we all know who does that.

i would just like to say that it can be easily done..
just not legally..
its called..
importing a s15
buy a ****ty 89 s13
remove vins..
then attach
etc..
and there u go..
if u look at the process of getting a car inspected insured etc..
this is what happens..
u go to insurance get insurance show title..
then go to dmv get registration by showing insurance..
then get inspection sticker..
just pay someone off..
and boom..

That is true. I remember that there was a guy with a r32 skyline around here, think it was a shop in Hempstead (don't want to mention names) and they registered it as a like a 1987 Stanza and was driving it around semi ligitely.
