clear sidemarker lights 91 240

I did that, however because I cut the plastic out of the light housing, the light wasn't sealed in, so I had to use a sealant to make sure they stayed sealed. I'll try posting a pic of it, here goes. lol

CLear SIdemarkers
I spent many a day and night searching for a cheap alternative to those Clearcorners.com ripoffs that you have to send in your own sidemarker to. It's like paying them money so they can slap another clear thing on there from Taiwan or something.
I went to a Japanese sight "d speed" I think, and it was even more ridiculous, $150 or more. But, at least there's was very high quality and you didn't have to send in your stock ones.
SO, in short, I decided to go with the Mercedes ML320 ones and customized it, with very little modification to the body fender (5 min.) METHOD 1.
They looked really nice with PIAA Xtreme White bulbs in them.
I can do it for someone for a small fee if they wish. You would still be able to use your stock bulb socket (part the bulb goes into) and it would look nice, white, and clear.
It takes about a week to make them if you want me to do it. If you want to do it yourself then go ahead. I have made several before and they turned out great.
I also recommend getting HELLA rectangular offroad lenses that use H4 bulbs and throw out those old sealed beamers. It was HELLA bright to put it short. They are bARely legal too. But who cares, they brighten up the road better than those fake HID's.
Ok, take care people.
Message me for PICS.
