umm... shouldnt any auto shop carry oem converters? or goto a place where they custom pipe exhausts and have them weld in a highflow cat converter..

the dummy one is just a resinator... and what would a precat be?? and wouldnt the resinator be a post cat?????? o_O anyways, exhaust shops sell 50 state legal cat exhaust systesms.. sure not all the systems they sell are 50 state.. buhh im 100% sure you can got an exhaust place and buy a 50 state exhaust..
