Need a VIN for Title

i have a chance to get an 95 but doesn't have a title. does anyon have a title/vin they can let up on?

tell the owner of the car to get the title at dmv

if the owner can't provide the title then don't get the car. vin number should be on the engine firewall anyway

the owner needs to apply for a lost title and the its settled. no big deal
transfering vins to cars with out titles is actually against the law.
