I need a S15 conversion kit for a 1996 240sx

conversion

you must have a lot of cash. a half-cut only for that is about 7 or 8 grand. the rear is a different animal altogether.

thats not problem. I just need to know what I need to convert tthe 240sx to the S15.

You can get a S15 Conversion from Accelerated Concepts. The website is down for construction but we carry the same ones as Autoimaging. Hope this helps.
