wanted to buy: 91-94 240sx w/KA24de, 100k miles or under,$5000 or less in SO CAL

Just got rid of my z31, always been a fan of s13s and sr20s
and SILVIA conversions, all that
I found a s13 with silvia conversion for about $4000 but it may
have high mileage and may have too many problems....
So I'm looking for a 240 with KA24 (the twin cam 2.2L motor),
up to $5000 is my price range, with under 100k miles preferably, any silvia extras would be really nice, and oh I'm in So Cal Area....
and would be willing to get it very soon....

Or Also a sr20 powered would be fine as well,
and I'm looking for local pickup/somewhere in the
So Cal area. Oh and my budget has just gone up
to a maximum of $6000 to spend on this,
and the car needs to have clean title/smogged.
Thanks!

You should buy the S13 and buy my motor to drop in it. 102,000mi but excellent mech. condition. Just did compression test, leakdown test, power balance test, and replaced the valve cover gasket.

he meant to buy an s13, do the s13 conversion, and buy his motor that he has with 102k miles, not specifically the one on his avatar.

kapeesh?

does it have to be twin cam? I got single cam, 1990, white color, wickedly clean inside out. Located in rowland heights.

$3500 with bee*R exhaust and suspension mod, Clear title too.

Sounds good.....
however, because of my lack of options.....
I ended up getting a 98 Camaro from my Dad
(well its technically his, but i get to drive it).
I know, I never would have gone domestic,
but seriously there were no options for me,
and I really needed something to get me around.
But thanks, I plan on saving up til the end of school
or possibly another year after that and going
crazy with my hard earned cash on a 240. Even today,
when I see anything involving drifting or drift cars or Initial
D I go nuts, I'm definately not over these cars at all
and feel kinda stupid driving a domestic, even though
I seem to get more respect.
