im going to go find out about "he said he had 5 or 6 ka24de motors" tomorrow sometime...if the motors are woth anything and i can work out a deal to get em all for way cheap im planning on doing rebuilds on the motors... should be able to get a fresh rebuilt motor to you for 500 ish plus shipping... will know more tomorrow when i get out there to pick up my new 93240sx coupe...

 

I still have my engine if anyone is interested. I've dropped my asking price to $400+shipping. Like I said before, I just ran compression, cylinder leakdown, and cylinder power balance tests like a week or two before my sister wrecked the car. The front sheet metal on the car was demolished but NOTHING came in contact with the engine. I took off the air filter box, MAF, and intake tubing to sell to someone else and it still runs good enough to spin the tires. The results on the compression test were: #1 - 180psi, #2 - 180psi, #3 - 180psi, #4 - 179psi. The resutls on the leakdown test were #1 - 7%, #2 - 8%, #3 - 5%, #4 - 10%. The power balance test results were #1 - 65rpm, #2 - 65rpm, #3 - 65rpm, #4 - 60rpm....Just ask if you want more info....
