Personally go with a worksbell hub and a NRG quick release. Typically the NRG hubs become very loose. A buddy of mines got a NRG steering wheel, quick release, and hub all for $300.

I have an HKB steering wheel hub, NRG genII quick release, and personal steering wheel, its a nice setup. My old setup was ebay hub, FET quick release, and Nismo steering wheel, was another nice setup, I just wanted to og with a smaller steering wheel and a setup that was spaced towards me a little bit more.

Are u looking for a generic steering wheel cuz i think you can buy those on ebay for like $30 shipped, Nrg does decent quick releases but they tend to get loose after a certain amount of time. Hubs any one will do except you pay for what you get so if u buy a cheap one it works fine but looks like poop.

I think you should probably post this in the "want to buy" section of the forum. If you're not impartial to used stuff, forum classifieds are where it's at, imo.
