Im looking for a decent used or new head unit to replace my old as fck sony unit. Its over 5 years old. Anyways, i just want a head unit that sounds pretty good, and wont leave my wallet empty. I need to have rear RCA outputs for my subs. Other than that, as long as the cd player works, i might be interested.

sweet. I have a sony xplod head unit in my acura, and its like 2 years old, but i hate it. Ive only used it maybe 6 months though. I dont know what it is, but for some reason it just doesnt sounmd right no matter what i adjust. Maybe theyve gotten better. Well maybe its the fact i bought the 2nd grade from their economy model. Anyways, if you give me a model number or send a pic that i can use to identify it, i could do some research.

I have a pioneer deck, plays mp3 and wma files, about 1-2 years old model # is deh-p4600mp. Also a old kenwood deck, model # kdc-ps900, its pretty old but it still works and it was one of the best decks when it was released. Its quite strong so it needs a amp to run it. I also have a 500watt kenwood amp for sale, model # kac-749s. Let me know if u want it.

yeah i looked up the sony, and its one step up from the sony i have in my acura. Ive lost my faith in sony these last few years, from the PS2 to their audio equipment. I hate my head unit, i cant tune it just right, no matter what i do.

Well i found a good head unit, it is a pioneer p4300 cd player. Yours is a little higher up in the food chain, but hey for the price you cant beat it.

hey who has their head unit still? How much you want for it? Condition? Are you guys anywhere near LA so I can pick it up?
My budget is low. . The car alone already cost me all my money, but the dude that sold the car to me wanted to keep the head unit, so I need one.... ahahah, well actually, I need a lotta other stuff too, but this is a project car, so...
