ApeXi N1 Single catback. It was a snap to install, I got a highly noticeable power gain and it sounds excellent without being too noisy especially when, as the cops say, "you get on it"!

I like my Greddy EVO TT......not loud enough to get me into trouble but gives a nice, low-pitched full sound

Do some searching before you start posting questions. There are numerous threads with the same general question throughout this and other 240sx forums.

To answer your question, any cat-back made for a 240 will work for your car if it's specified for your particular 240. It bolts up to your catylitic converter and runs from there back. First determine if you're going natural aspirated or forced induction. With a NA, you would run nothing larger than a 2-1/2" mandrel bent exhaust and if you're planning on running a turbo, nothing larger than 3".

Do some extensive research on where you want to go with your 240 before you start pumping money into it, to later realize you went in the wrong direction.

Stock looking RSR Exmag FTW. Super quiet if you're turbo, loud if you're NA but man do I love it.

Yes, it is a 3 inch exhuast, and yes I am NA.

FYI, 3 inches works better than 2.5 on the KA. Dyno proven.

Yeah, you probably have a higher HP, but your torque drops tremendously and have to run higher RPM's to get your power.

Actually, I didn't feel a drop in torque in the lower rpms. I feel a slight drop now the way I have it becuase i'm running a DC Sports header, but not by much.

I'm runnin Apexi 3" catback. Its not the loudest but the sound is beautiful with the KA. Not sure about the sound with turbo...I also tossed the stock converters and put a high flow on. That helped the sound and power.

No reason to spend $500 on exhaust
exhaust = no moving parts
buy obx or other 3in inlet muffler from ebay, i prefer duals because looks oem and less cop encounters.
t-pros or ssac resonator for like $40
then have muffler shop run 2.5" mandrel bent straight back
cat back for less than $250 w/ deep sound and quiet for d/d
it will backfire once in a while
you will lose torque if use larger dia. for n/a

F exhaust man, just run open headers. At 2k RPM, all the coins in my "cup holder" were rattling and I couldnt hear what my bro was saying in the passenger seat.
