dont know what yall are talkin bout, i run 45PSI all day long.......wait thats how much compression I have right now.

if you wanna turbo ur KA as soon as u get it, make sure u check ur compression so you know the condition of the motor. you dont want compression results like my car(long store short, OEM temp guages BLOW) and just dont be stupid with it.

yeah pistons, rods...etc is best bet before throwing turbo on. As far as brands go, ...Turbonetics has an off the shelf kit but like i said, Upgrade internals before hand so you dont f*** anything up when you are doing donuts around a light post in a parking lot =) Lmao jk.

I'd rather go Ca18DET and Beef it up. But thats me

With good tuning, you can run about 350 rwhp. My friend is running a GT35R on his KA setup with 12psi and was running fine. however he didn't tune it once he got the new clutch in, so he busted a piston. But, like I said, with tuning he could get it running smooth. I'll keep you guys posted once he swaps in his new KA in with teh same set up.

Well, the new motor with four good pistons is in. It's gonna get tuned next week. I'll keep you guys posted. But holy ****, that car made me giggle like a little girl when full boost hit.

yea its cool that he can run that on stock int. but id rather be able to go out to an event and know that i can pwn my car and it wont blow up (atleast due to running to much boost/power for stock internals) props for the setup though

the open wastegate screaming was the icing on the cake in his car. That and teh fact that I couldnt move my body foward when full boost came in at 4k on that massive turbo.
