Dynomax Mufflers

Has anyone here ever had any experience using a Dynomax muffler (tried to search and found nothing)? I had one on my old Saturn and noticed a 1k rpm jump in my torque band.

I have 3 Dynomax mufflers on my '99 Cougar and it sounds gnarly as hell. I had Magnaflow center muffler on my aftermarket exhaust and it sounded raspy. Sounds a lot better after the Dynomax. I don't like how flowmasters sound, especially since they really sound their best on V8's and even then i dont like them. Ive never owned Borla but they are smooth sounding mufflers like the Dynomax buy Dynomax is cheaper. I really like dynomax stuff, however ive never purchased one to use in place of a stock one on an otherwise stock system.

Thanks man. I think I'll go the Dynomax road until I can afford a more stylish/higher performance setup (I'll probably be paying off the car for some time before getting to really make it my project).
