Exedy Clutches

How are they compared to ACT, MastersClutch, I heard that signal Auto uses that clutch in all their project cars, I mean the price is great too, please tell me how their performance is compared to leading brands.

clutchmasters = crapmasters. Never had one but my boy had one in his cobra and had to replace it in less than a year. ACT is a great clutch. I have one in my SI and I love it. At first it was real stiff but after breaking it in I LOVE IT. Can't go wrong with ACT. As far as exedy I have heard good things about it. Supposedly it has close to stock feel but it releases pretty good. DOn't have any experience or know anyone personally with exedy but I have heard good things about it.

I think the clutch's life is all depended on how the driver is, you can't really blame a company. Im surprised you guys don't like masters, but back to exedy, I saw a kit for around $130!, I don't know if it's worth it, but my clutch is going soon so I guess I have no choice. I'll keep you informed when I have it installed compared to my stock clutch now.

i would go with clutchmasters. just when you start making mods consider what stage your clutch is.

No offense but you're on a 240 website but yet you have a civic hatch? heheh but anyway I also think clutchmasters are good, but I am leaning towards the exedy because of the price.
