The Injen CAI is a VERY nice unit. Brand new, the unit goes for around $275.00-$300.00. You have the buy the short Air Intake version then buy the extention. (I dont understand why they dont sell it as a kit.) Maybe they did at one time, but I dont see it sold as a kit anymore. I was able to pick up mine "Used" off Ebay for $112.00... Install was VERY easy. The filter sits way down low behind the bumper. (TRUE Cold Air Intake.) You will have to be VERY careful when driving around deep puddles. YOU will suck up water if you drive in deep water. Performance wise, I can feel a little diffrence, not alot, but there is some. New, I would say the system is a bit high, price wise. If you can pick up a used one for a good price, I would say, go for it. If you have lots of money to burn, then buy new. Overall the unit does improve performance and does dress up the engine bay.. I would give the Injen CAI

 

u can buy a breather gasket for when it does rain so it will prevent water being sucked into the mani

 

JHarris, I am interested in this breather gasket. I tried yahooing it, but couldn't find one. Would anyone know where?

 

I am also interested in this breather gasket. I did find this by AEM that might work. They have diffrent sizes. What do you guys think????
