welcome to the forums, now go read this quickly before you get flamed like a snowflake in hell~ http://www.club240.com/forums/showth...threadid=24781

it should give you a starting point. For your next step, just hit the "search" button and look through the threads, this question's been answered a bagillion times on this forum.

btw "S14" is the chassis code referring to the '95-'98 240sx/Silvia, it does not imply which engine unless you specify 240sx or Silvia.

hahaha i'm not sure you wanna ask that, it not a simple yes or know... you really should search, there's pages upon pages upon pages discussing that, and it really comes down to your personal situation which is better for you ($$, where you live, experience) and what your goals for the car are (hp, handling, $$ etc).

Find an H22, toss it in, and call it a day.

the dispute between what engine is better is like walking in circles.

every 240 owner has a different reason why there setup (stock motor or sr20det) is better

it all depends on what your plans are for the motor/car, also depnds on were you live like nsn240 said. sr20dets arent legal everywere...
but like everyone else said, search and you will see.
