8/6 32 way damper adjustable...
i put em on last night, started at 12:20, finished at 1:37.... went for a drive, smoother than my Tein S-Techs, but VERY bouncy, maybe cause i have em set on their softest setting....
my **** is slammed.... pics coming later today....
i was too low to even pull out of my driveway.... had to pull out through the neighbors yard...

well guys, she got low.... long time coming....
first impressions....
went for a drive, had the adjustable dampers set to their softest settings.... ride was smooth, yet kinda bouncy at the same time, i wasn't expecting that, my Tein S-Techs had a better ride quality (handled great and rode smooooooth).... i've yet to get it on the open road, on/off ramps etc. to test the handling...
so far, i think i may have to raise the front up a bit as a rub something serious at around 2/3 full turn of the wheels....
other than that, here's the pics....
my fav shot.... so far... probably going sig status...
maybe make for good doriftos... well best as they can be with me driving...
not to bad for a total invested price of $80.... a Set of Megan Streets with only bout 2,000 miles on em.... not a bad out of pocket expense....
finally got em guys... finally got em...
now for wheels... Rota P45's or LMGT4s... wooot...
gonna see if i can work my hustling magic to get a S15 front end....

bottom nut... i measured the top part (like from the mounts to the bottom on the coil sleave, and adjusted bottom sleeve to get lower.... the spings have little tension on them, and i lowered with the bottom mounts... the rears are almost at thier stop, and the fronts bottom part of the shaft, is flush with the bottom of the lower "mount"

i meant, i basically didn't mess with the upper part, the spring load i guess, i measured them all, to make sure they were all the same measurements, and that's it....... only thing i did was adjust the bottom sleeves for ride height...
the spring load has very little tension on it.....
sorry new to coils, and don't know the terms for everything...

Check online somewhere, they should have the exact measurement of how much the coil should be compressed. This will affect ride quality alot. The tighter, the stiffer and more responsive the ride. Well till a point.

damnit.... anyone know what load works? will have to explain in detail, cause i've never had/messed with coils before....
you guys have been awesome helpful since i've been on this forum, 'specially you biggame
also, biggame, i got a VLSD in my car, and was thinking of doing that added trust washer thing... but i wanted to see how yours is holding up in the 33?? i've heard mixed things about adding the washers....

just make sure you don't add to many washers lol. you must add a washer to both sides of the diff and or the force will be greater on one side and blow the diff up. My diff blew a couple days later as a result of what i just explained. I have a nismo gt 2way now.
now with the pre-load.. that is a trail and error thing. one thing you must do is make sure both the front and rear coilvers are set to the same hieght and pre-load level. this is what takes the longest when you are fine tuning a car. Suspension tuning is very complex when you want to get your monies worth from it. I suggest reading up on it so that you will know what is what. It will only help you understand better what is going on. HowStuffworks.com would be a great generic place to start.

cool deal man, i'll check that out....
sucks about your diff.... makes me not want to do it as my VLSD isn't dead, and i don't want to blow it up, cause i can't afford another one... i'll have to rock and open, and must of us knows that fails even more than a OE VLSD...
