a bar/island will be installed... we decided to wait on it cause if we ran it now, it would have had to have power running to it, which we didn't want.... once the final inspection goes through, and the bank/inspectors are outta there, we're installing one...
and i paid $165 total for the house to be built, 2500 under roof, and like 1850 heated and cooled on 1.25 acres...

well guys... so it looks like the Kouki isn't gonna happen.... Kouki_Monster just sent me a TEXT saying his daddy sold it today... so much for the 20 times he asked me if i was 100% buying it, me saying 20 times "yes, this thing is sold, no worries, my money is good, stop asking already", and basically shaking hands on the deal...
turns out, it wasn't his car, but was his dads... and his DAD sold it out from under me, although there was a spoken agreement between Chris and i....
SO, what lessons have we learned today ladies and gentlemen?
DO NOT make any deals with anyone under the age of 20.
DO NOT make deals with anyone who still lives with their parents.
MAKE SURE the seller is the actual owner of whatever is being sold.
DO NOT go off selling ****, before you took delivery of what your buying (IE my S13 coupe/S14 kouki front)
DO NOT let anyone make an *** out of you
DO NOT get hyped up about buying something, before you buy it (even a soda at the gas station), cause your **** will get crushed...
that being said, Kouki_Monster, a big big **** YOU goes out to you, and your dad... and i hope no one buys any **** you ever have to sell, unless you already sold it to someone else first...
**** it, look at the bright side, it means i got another $2,500 to dump into the GTR!

the deck/gauges really aren't all the bright, it was just the way the camera took the shot... it's not really any brighter than any CD player/gauge cluster out there.. the camera LIES!!! lol
as for RHD, it's almost second nature now... shifting is easier, turning, etc etc etc... still having a problem positioning myself in the right side of the lane when my body is used to be in the left side of whatever lane i'm in... keep hitting the reflectors in the road lol...

well guys, long time, no updates... so here they are....
sold black S14...
dumped all money into the GTR...
went to jail for 5 months for violation of probation..
sold S14.5...
got out of jail...
got my skyline back...
still no job...
house is finished...
as always.... pics.....

paint is as follows:
black base coat
one off "cobalt" blue fine metallic (my own special color)
2 coats of clear
1 coat of blue aluminum med grade flake pearl
2 more coats of clear
wet sanded and buffed to perfection
off pic, but shows the detail of the paint up close (LEDs are now in the gauge cluster)....
random ****...
new trans...
old trans... (took a t20 hour trip to tampa and back with this tranny)
one more shot of R34 RB26DET goodness...
over at my buddy's house (tim, you know sullivan)
car is currently only making 400awhp and 347awtq, this weekend when i go down to tampa and stay at sydewayz AKA Tims house, i'll be getting the dyno tuning finished up...
at the end of the session, i should be making 550awhp/475-500awtq...
short vid... rained one day, so i threw some S14 SE's on there, and did some stupid AWD burnouts...
