CF lips and hoods

I personally don't like bulky bodykits and was wondering who makes carbon fiber lips for the 240? I can't find the CF hoods either. If you guys have any pictures it would be much appreciated.

dude carbon fiber is 100times tougher than fibergalss or urethane. CF lips last a long time ask any JDM honda enthusiast, that's all they use

Yeah when you get profesional carbon fiber it's nice, but most of the crap any of us can buy isn't make it the huge vacuum ovens. They are laid by hand. And BTW Carbon Fiber isn't tough, it's stiff. It's stiff like aluminum, but once you hit something it'll crack.

Look in "Private for sale" on the site. I have a thread about a group buy for carbon fiber hoods for $300-350 + shipping.

If you don't think carbon fiber is tough, check out the Fiber Images site, they have a pic of an Integra with one of their hoods that had rolled over a few times, everything was all messed up except the hood, which was in perfect shape except for a few scratches.

I also heard an (unconfirmed) story about someone in a Civic with a CF hood that had a head-on collision with an F150, the hood sliced through the A-pillars and decapitated the driver. CF is TOUGH stuff.

Yeah, CF doenst dent, it snaps...but it takes ALOT to do that to it. I like the fact that I could stand on a carbon fiber hood and would have no damage to it (assuming its of good quality).

I've heard TONS of horror stories about fiber images. I wouldn't trust them at all.
