jes get some translucent spray paint from any hobby store (make sure its red) its called candy apple translucent red or sum ish.. and dont forget the the clear coat!!

testors 'translucent' candy apple red spray paint.. or i believe thats what its called.. i havnt had to touch it up ever since!! available at any local hobby store near you
