yeah be careful with that thing. you might think about custom molding something like a hood for it so you wont get jacked. nice job on the center piece haven't seen one as unique in a while

Nicely done

Looks like a good job.

Taillights...IMO could be a little closer together.
That guage on the hood reminds me of the old Firebirds. Friend of mine had one that had the guage set up like that....can't remember the year, close to 1970 though.

How far are you from Hagerstown?

Got family there still. Lived there for about 4 months in 1989....I think.... Anyways it was sophomore year and I graduated in 1992...

I would be worried that someone would either jack your gauge or just break it....some people have no respect for sweet rides

Again.....is it a custom turbo system, how much dyno hp, what kind of 1/4 times, and how much money did you put into the turbo setup? If you don't have these numbers yet, then what do you feel it will do?

Well, concerning the gauge..ive never had any problems with people jackin it out trying to mess with it. I dont live in that kind of area. There is a rival racing team in the area, but there's 4 of them and 11 of us..so im not worried. All their cars are slow anyways
I'm about..i dunno, lol..hagerstown..i dont know. Not too far. 40 minutes maybe.
The whole turbo setup is custom fabricated. It has been dynoed, but after serious heat soak and without an aftermarket catback. It put down 180hp and 220ft-lbs at 6psi. With a cold intercooler and the exhaust I have on there now, im thinking 200-210 and more torque. Its real fast. Im hoping for mid 13's. I didnt design the turbo setup, but because of the manifold, downpipe and all the piping being fabricated, theres about 13k-14k invested in the car. Thats not the turbo setup, thats EVERYTHING.

I paid $1200 for my S13 and a $1000 for paint (gun metal grey)and body work. Would I be better off paying $3995 for NSport (www.nsport.com) Stage 1 Turbo that claims 240HP, or going with another setup. I've been a Honda guy for 7 yrs and have downgraded from an 01' S2000 to this S13 (KA24DE) to dump some student loan debt. I want this S13 to run at least high 13's. What would be my best option? I don't want to get the SR20DET b/c of emissions.

As far as I know, NSport is the any company I know of that makes s13 kits for the KA motor. You also might want to talk to the guys at HMP Motorsports..granted theyre in Maryland. They turbo KA's and they helped design my setup. With the NSport kit, you'll have to get the stage II kit. Stock injectors arent big enough. Trust me, field expierance. I'm running NISMO 370cc right now, but they max out around 300hp at the fly..a little bit more. Thats a big turbo charger and its gonna lag like a *****. I have a pretty big T3 and it starts to hit hard around 3000. If you have any other questions or whatever, IM me at Dreamofagt500
