Getting into IT!

So i bought an S13 about a onth ago from a guy off of craigslist, took forever for him to take me seru=ious but i picked it up for $1400 it has a rebuilt rebuilt title yes twice!! But i couldnt pass it up he lemme put 140 down then he still keeps it then i bout it the next week! He even Gave me a LSD to throw in it that i havent done yet! not so confident in me doing it by my self although ive done it to diffs out of cars not ones in it. But i was pretty crazy about it since ive wanted since my sophmore year in highschool now getting it as a freshman in college. But im looking to finish what he started with, he has all the suspension changed to AGX Adujustables, Tein Adjustable Camber PLate, front and rear upper strut braces, removal of backseat Havent heard of this b4 but a full 3" catback motoria exhaust system, theres some ticking.knocking in the head i think its a valve that ill be replacing soon anyway well replacing the head, today i just changed the headlights to clear and the look really nice. but now on to the pics. Looking for feedback and ideas.

The sunroof was from a crash that the seller had when he was drifting and drove home and the hood broke the windshield and sunroof i found a website dedicated to OEM nissan parts and the have the sunroof that ima order soon.
And i cant get my other headlight to go fully up anyone know how to fix it?
