headlights/back seat

sup all im trying to find a convertion kit for the 240 pop up light. when i get my 240 i wana basicly get rid of the pop ups and do like supra or 3000GT or best way of explaining it 300ZX style head light cuz i think it would look amazing. i know i could do the silvia convertion but i honestly dont like the way it looks. (no ofence to any one that has that convertion)

i have looked every posible place i found one place that was selling a carbon fiber platform basicly you take out the pop ups compleatly and pop in this CF platform and then go and get 4 small fog lights and pop then in their and wire it up but it didnt come with a plastic cover to make it blend in with the body and the CF shelves basicy..... were like 250 and i dont wana spend that much then run out and buy expensive fogs then pay even more for a custom cover.

so does any one know a convertion kit to do this????? with every thing that wont rip my wallet a new one

ok Q2
i plan on geting the fastback and i wana get rid of the back seat and put a sub in a ported sub box their. i just wana know if i take out the back seat what will be the obsticals of bolting the box in? and im guessing when i remove the seat i will have exposed metal how hord would it be to have the area carpited with the sub box style rug after the sub is instaled so make the sub look like part of the car?

not sure about Q1, never try to make my car better looking than stock.

Q2. It's really easy to take out the rear seats in a fastback including the carpet. Now if I understand what your saying your going to put the ported box in the area where those excuse for rear seats sat. If that's the case the only thing you'll have to worry about when designing your box is the metal "hump" in between the 2 seats. Now as far as making the sub look like part of the car ???? Even if you carpet it it will still have a very non stock look to it, unless the box is only 3 inches high and your subs have magnets the size of watch batteries.

q1- i saw a 240 with 300zx headlights an it just looked WEIRD. try look up the piaa website, ive seen ppl put the one piece lights in and it looks nice plus its hella bright. if u really want the flat headlights then check out east bear or ebay. the ebay one is the IMS headlight conversion or something lyk that and it runs for 380.

q2: the only way to make it look the way i think you want it to look is by fiberglassing the whole area. and unless you know how to do it yourself, your gonna have to take it to a store. that'll run you around 300-500 just for the enclosure. not too sure if you wanna do that. but if u have money or skills then go for it, i think it'd come out nice.

about Q1 i saw the 300ZX thing and they had to cut for that one and they were over sized. i'll look into EastBear and Do-Luck

about Q2 well i do have a friend to help me fiberglass any thing i was thinking of having him make me a customized box for a sub but i found a rear seat delet for a 5.0 GT on e-bay and its easy to make it was just wood panels covered in box carpet and poped into the seat area then you can mount what ever you want SUB BOX :-D they had a nos bottel

Fiberglass sucks... its no good for putting subs in, it flexes too much and gives nasty sound (my freind's civic hatch has the whole rear bay fiberglassed, and my mom's maxima's bose has more bass than his 4 12's). and one other thing, if you wanna do the box the way i thought of doing it, between the strut towers, if you want to put 2 12's in, you will need to make the box at least 16 inches high to clear the width of the speakers.

Also i had a question as well, i have an s13 fastback, and i need to remove the rear seat, so i pulled on both the little plastic handle things, and one broke off. So im like "fk what the hell do i do now?" i was wondering how to fold the seat down like that
