s14 95-96 to 97-98 headlights

I searched the forum and essentially found the answer to my question, but i have another. I know this can be done (switching from the round eye headlights to the slanted) but is it just a bolt on matter? It requires a new front end from what i understand (fenders, bumper, lights, and hood). It seems to me that everything SHOULD just bolt up, but does it? I know some people have done it. Thx in advance.

i wouldn't bother with all that just for 2nd gen s14 headlights. consider a bomex eye mask. i think enjuku has them.

I agree w/ u splitz, saves more money...that piece is not cheap either......i emailed bomex, they said it costs $200.....

but from side view, it looks like a piece on top of the front end of the hood, looks good from a distance(front)

Everything should bolt up and yes you do need 97-98 headlights, fenders, hood, bumper, grill and core support. And dont get that cheesy Bomex eye mask cuz you'll still end up with the 95-96 cloudy non projectors headlights.

might as well save up money, get a 97-98 in the future(that's what I'm planning..)

....or sell the one u have right now, and buy 97-98.

It does stick out waaay too much. I've seen it up close, it looks good from afar but when you see it up close it just looks like a tumor on the front of the car....
