it kinda looks like that cool car thinghy you made with legos when you were a kid... or at least it looked cool from the front, and then you ran out of legos and the back is just... wrong. lol.

If you look at it more, the bottom half of the front bumper "sweeps" inward too much compared to the sides and back... if that makes sense

I'm a real fan of the old school and looking at that 280 front conversion for the silvia/240sx looks nothing like the original 280z front end. It has been chopped, mutilated, and redesigned with more of a euro/retro look that is just too horendous. I respect the oldschool, for what it was, and this is just a realy horrible rendition of what it could of looked like to todays standards. The front airdam/bumber looks like dog shiat.

I agree, I love oldschool too and i come from a family that loves Z's...My dad has a 280Z, I have a 280zx 2+2, my lil bro has a Z32 (300zx 2nd gen). BUT the fusion is rather interesting if not boldly sexy (you have to think "japanese culture" since japan's form of expression is wayy different than ours. the z80 kit IS a kit developed for a "sub" culture in japan. for example, flat bed s13's wagon s14's, r33's with g35 tails. in essence, they are just unique if not hideous, but to japanese ppl, just too many ppl have too much of the same car. anyways, LONG LIVE NISSAN and DRIFT INFINITE!
and btw, just to be technical since i'm a big fan of the fairladies, it's not a 280z front. it's an s30 (240z) front, not an s130. the euro buckets may look similar but ther kinda not.

I mean in all honesty I would rather buy a smog exempt 240z, slap and rb25det in it, and throw some skyline r32 rear lights on the back. That would be sick retro fusion. Plus those 240z chassis, are lighter than the 240sx/silvia chassis's.
That would be a bad ***** fuC*a, with an inline 6turbo on 20lb.s of boost.

Who said no power steering???? You can modify an s12 power steering rack and pinion to the 240z/260z up until mid 1975, and even the 510.......

Wow this conversion looks amazing!! people would be amazed seeing this on the street.

Are they using regular 180sx turn signal also? nice.

I would really love this in my red s13, seeing that red one looks really nice IMO. How hard are they to get?
