Aussie drifters shouldnt be called worse or better than any others because there arent as many big mainstream drift events to prove themselves in. LA_phantom_240 you're a dolt, get a job, cash a check, put some money into your car and show how a 240 is supposed to look.. until then dont rip on somethin 50x better than your own, which i gaurantee that car is... he doesn't have the right rims on the car probably because he doesn't wanna rip on them at a drifting event, which you most likely cant even since your poor stock 240 doesn't have LSD... all this bull**** jabber from a little kid with little to no knowledge of what he is even dissin on is such a waste of your mothers free AOL minutes.. get out of here.

I really don't think it matters where you come from. Hell you can come from some backwater, podunk, redneck(no offense anyone) farm city and still be able to drift better than someone from the middle of Tokyo. It's all about SKILL. Some have it, some don't. That's all there is to it.

I wouldn't mind getting some fender flares molded like Bomex180 has....where would you go about getting those? Price? Cost of labor? etc. (I didn't bother searching, sorry if this is asked thousands of time over)

From the look of Bomex180's pic, I would say that that was just a regular body kit and he bought some fender flares (not full quarter panels, just the flares) and then just molded them onto the fenders and down into the bumper/skirts... probly cut the edges a bit and really got in there so it all looked like the flares formed into the lines of the kit. A very nice job I think, and one I am going to try to take inspiration from.

Yeah i want to get a widebody kit too, i like the look of those crazy offset deep dish rims... kinda old school ya know. What i thought of doing was if i could find some decent flares, put some double sided tape on it to hold it on, trace where it contacts the fender, then remove it and cut under where it came in contact then mold it in, and there we have it a flared fender for bigger rims. Just my 2 cents
oh and btw, i think they are called blister fenders, they are the same type as on my acura legend. If you want i could post a pic

? i'm just trying to give some input towards the thread topic. My car is just for show now... and yeah my car is FWD but it is in my sponsors shop now getting worked on for an AWD conversion...and yeah so what if my fender flares were from ViS...my car has more JDM parts than your riced out car could ever imagine... and damn...I hope these forums aren't filled with nit wits like you, I just bought my '93 240sx today and I joined these forums to educate myself on what I can do to improve the car and not to proclaim that my rsx is better than everyones 240...but man i hope it's not just alot of bashers just ramping their mouths all over the place
