Thats a 1 of a kind bumper right there, you'll never see another like it.

This color is not original to the S15 it is actually the paint from the 1991-1993 R32 Type-M Skylines it is sparkling silver and Nissan just passed it on to the S-15 That Over fender was beat out separated from the inside panel and then formed into it's shape and from there the iside piece was heated and hammered down to the outside fender, it is actually veryeasy to do just takes time and well you will have to repaint.
